Dr. Tonie Reincke
Dr. Tonie Reincke’s path to medicine has always been defined by a desire to provide the highest level of patient care. After years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, she pursued her medical degree and completed a specialized fellowship to become an Interventional Radiologist. This advanced training gave her mastery over image-guided techniques, allowing her to diagnose and treat complex conditions without the need for traditional surgery.
While her background is rooted in high-level medical procedures, Dr. Reincke found her true calling in the specialized field of venous medicine. She realized that by focusing on vein disease, she could offer compassionate care that meets medical precision. She is passionate about helping patients achieve lasting relief through minimally invasive, office-based procedures that require no downtime.
Today, Dr. Reincke thrives on managing a practice where patients are treated like family, not numbers. Outside the office, she prioritizes a healthy work-life balance, cherishing quality time with her two sons, Malachi and Lazarus. When she isn’t with her family, she enjoys exercising, exploring great food and wine, and cuddling with her beloved French Bulldogs.

Blanca Burgos
Blanca Burgos has proudly served the medical community for over 15 years, bringing a wealth of experience and stability to the Reincke Vein Center team. With dual certifications in Medical Billing & Coding and as a Medical Assistant, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and administrative sides of healthcare. Her professional background is incredibly diverse, spanning specialties such as Family Medicine, Cardiology, Psychology, Trauma, OBGYN, and Podiatry.
Known for her exceptional hospitality and attentiveness, Blanca is often the comforting presence that puts patients at ease. She is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to bridge communication gaps and advocate effectively for the clinic’s diverse patient population. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life ensures that every patient feels heard, understood, and welcomed from the moment they arrive.
Blanca is deeply passionate about her career and views her role as much more than a job. She is dedicated to “going the extra mile,” tirelessly handling logistics and care details so that her patients can focus entirely on their healing. Tung Pham
Tung Pham is a highly skilled Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) with extensive experience in venous imaging. As a critical member of the clinical team, he serves as the diagnostic “eyes” of the practice, utilizing state-of-the-art ultrasound technology to map the complex vascular systems of our patients.
His professional goal is to support Dr. Reincke with the highest level of diagnostic accuracy. Tung understands that a precise ultrasound map is the foundation of every successful treatment plan. He is dedicated to assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of vascular disorders, approaching every scan with meticulous attention to detail.
Beyond his technical proficiency, Tung takes great pride in providing exceptional patient care. He understands that medical exams can sometimes be intimidating, so he focuses on creating a calm, comfortable environment. His dedication to accuracy and his gentle approach ensure that every patient feels confident and at ease throughout their evaluation.
